Jim Leimkuhler, President and Chief Financial Officer, has been devoted to guiding Progressive Produce since 1996. He provides the vision and means to move Progressive forward, meeting the changing needs of the industry through innovative leadership today and into the future. 

Jack Gyben has been Vice President, Marketing & Business Development since 2003 when he, Jim and Victor purchased Progressive Produce from Chiquita. Jack has extensive years experience in the food industry with leadership companies like Procter & Gamble, Con Agra and Hunt Wesson, including 18 years in the produce industry with Progressive Produce, Fresh Gourmet and Paramount Farms.

Victor Rodarte, Vice President of Sales, started with Progressive Produce in 1984 and pioneered the company’s sales program working his way up to Vice President of Sales in 2001. Victor has an outstanding track record of building and maintaining sales growth with L.A.’s largest retail and foodservice customers.
