Our First Sustainability Report

We’re proud to share our first Sustainability Report! This report highlights the work we’ve been doing through our Rooted initiative, with a focus on the impact we’re making for our People and the Planet. Putting Our Values Into Action

We partnered with GrowGood for a meaningful day of volunteering at their urban farm, supporting their mission to provide nutritious food access, job opportunities, wellness, and vibrant green spaces for our local community. We believe in giving back to the communities where we live and work, and we are committed to supporting organizations like Heart of Compassion that are making a real difference in the lives of families in need.

PLANET

We are excited to expand our earth-friendly packaging options, with 100% recyclable paper packaging available in various sizes, catering to the needs of our customers while minimizing our environmental footprint.
Through Rooted, we continue to make strides in reducing our carbon footprint, enhancing workplace well-being, giving back to our community, and adhering to sustainable growing, packing, and shipping practices. Together, we are forging a path toward a brighter and more sustainable future for all.
We are proud of our progress in making the majority of our packaging recyclable, and we're taking it a step further.

By 2025, our goal is to ensure that all of our packaging is not only recyclable but also aligns with sustainable practices

ROOTED IN OUR COMMUNITY

Heal the Bay Beach Cleanup

We attended the Heal the Bay Nothin' But Sand beach cleanup at Will Rogers State Beach. We helped the organization clean up 96 pounds of trash and litter from our beautiful California landscape.

PB&J Day

We packed 400 lunches for those in need! Special thanks to our amazing team for volunteering and donating supplies, Border X Brewing for hosting the event, and Heart of Compassion for helping distribute the lunches!

Thanksgiving Food Drive

We successfully put together 100 meal boxes for 100 families that are less fortunate, all in collaboration with Heart of Compassion's Thanksgiving event.
